Veil Cover Cream

You may remember a little while back I did a review of the Keromask cover cream here, I got on really well with it and still use it to this day. So when Veil got in contact with me and asked If i’d like to review their cover cream* I was intrigued to see if it could be as awesome as my Keromask cream.

Marketed as a cream that covers anything from birthmarks, scars, veins, discolouration and even tattoos, I was sent a camouflage kit in the shade light to medium. As you can see from the photo below, it comes nicely packaged in a little black make-up bag, with all the bits you need to cover up whatever you like!

First up you use the toning lotion and cream to prepare your skin, then you select your shade or mix of shades (which I think is a nice touch) from the tower of creams that you are given. You then set the cream with the powder.

I think I still need to find the right mix of the creams to get my exact shade correct, but they apply very easily and blend very well. I have also used this to cover up the odd nasty patch of red on my face, and cluster of horrible spots I get every so often.

I really do think both the Veil cover cream and Keromask cream do a fantastic job. They would be excellent for someone who is really wanting that bit of extra heavy duty coverage to hide something – whether it’s discolouration or scars.  I would definitely recommend having a look on the Veil website if you think it could be of use for you! Have a look here.
