How To Make A Jellybaby Cocktail

As some people may (or may not!) know, when I was a uni student I worked part time as a bartender, most of the time it was a complete nightmare however I did have some fun along the way, we got to attend things like cocktail making classes and have a general play around, so I present to you – how to make a Jellybaby cocktail!

This is a really sweet cocktail, so I would definitely recommend it if you are a person that isn’t a big fan of alcohol actually tasting like alcohol (if that makes sense!)

You Will need:

When making a pitcher of this cocktail it is recommended that you use:

Pineapple Juice –  Just under a carton of juice
Vodka – 25ml
Blue Curacao 25ml
Grenadine 25ml
Peach Schnapps 25ml
Malibu 25ml

As you can see from the pictures I’m just making a glass, so I just scaled down the measurements accordingly, depending on how much of this cocktail you want to make just base your measurements on how much a pitcher should contain! Also depends how strong you like it I guess!!

I started with the grenadine poured over ice in my glass, I then topped it up with pineapple juice, leaving a little gap at the top

I then added all the remaining spirits into a little tumbler glass (malibu, schnapps, curacao, vodka)

I then layered the blue liquid over the top of my pineapple juice and grenadine using a spoon, and voila! A jelly baby cocktail! You may want to stir the mixture before drinking, but I think it looks pretty cool to display!

Let me know if you try this!
