The Body Shop Body Butters Review

I’ve been a Body Shop body butters fan for ages. I remember the first pot I ever got when I was about 14, which I used religiously, and always had people asking me what kind of perfume I was wearing! So when I got a chance to review some more of them – how could I say no? For me they are fairly iconic and synonymous with the brand.  Plus the range has been extended since I last purchased a butter so it covers loads more scents – leaving me spoilt for choice!

Smells Good!

I was able to try out the Mango and Strawberry scented butters*. The mango butter is marketed more for those who have dry skin, whereas the strawberry one is meant to aimed towards normal skin. I have fairly dry skin but loved using both!

They are very light, and both smell incredible. The scent has a lot of staying power too, as often I will apply these after getting out of the shower and before I go to bed – and I can still smell them in the morning.

I distribute the cream fairly liberally onto my legs and arms. It sinks in nicely and leaves me feeling moisturised without any oily residue. They are all made with fair trade shea butter so your skin will definitely thank you!

They have a huge range, and I am definitely eyeing up the Coconut one as my next purchase. You can purchase a 200ml tub for £13, or a 50ml tub for £5 (a smaller size perfect for taking away on holiday, or simply for testing it out). You can find the Mango and Strawberry versions here and here.

Are they an old favourite of yours? Or have you used them before?
